COFCO necesitaba, entonces, encontrar una\u00a0<strong>herramienta que apoyara al equipo en la gesti\u00f3n de controles, la exactitud de la informaci\u00f3n y la centralizaci\u00f3n y estandarizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, la motivaci\u00f3n inicial era contratar una\u00a0<strong>soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica que garantizara la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n financiera y apoyara en la gesti\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis del proceso de cierre<\/strong>, para fines de reporte a la sede en necesitaba una<strong>\u00a0soluci\u00f3n robusta con funcionalidades que permitieran al equipo mayor precisi\u00f3n y agilidad en los procesos.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, la empresa implement\u00f3 un proyecto junto con Dattos para\u00a0<strong>el procesamiento anal\u00edtico de grandes vol\u00famenes de datos financieros.\u00a0<\/strong>Con funcionalidades como<strong>\u00a0tableros de gesti\u00f3n, capas contables personalizadas, control de aprobaci\u00f3n y justificaciones,<\/strong>\u00a0as\u00ed como la posibilidad de crear reglas personalizadas para la limpieza, el tratamiento y la conciliaci\u00f3n de datos, de acuerdo con la estructura de los archivos actuales y\/o las reglas del negocio.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los principales resultados fueron la\u00a0<strong>centralizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de cierre, la automatizaci\u00f3n de las conciliaciones contables, la garant\u00eda de la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n y la transparencia para
